Project Overview
Centripoint is a person-centered software system that makes it easy for users to schedule, manage & track transportation needs for those diagnosed with physical and/or mental disabilities. This software keeps teams organized and focused on what matters most: empowering those served.
Understanding the needs of both drivers and admins, I created an intuitive and user-friendly mobile app design and dashboard for Centripoint. The design emphasizes simplicity, ease of use, and organization. Using Figma and UserTesting I focused on providing a smooth and efficient scheduling process, check-in, and drop off features, enhancing the overall experience for these organizations.
